I’m very picky about the jeans I wear. Like, extraordinarily picky. There aren’t many types that work for my body shape. Don’t get me wrong, I love my body, flaws and all, but it certainly doesn’t make shopping for denim very easy. But I’ve found a few brands that work like magic, and yes, sometimes they happen to be more expensive. That’s why this sale is SO GOOD!

The first time I learned about this sale years ago, I snagged these Citizens of Humanity black jeans and I wore them ALL THE TIME. I mean, I can’t think of a weekend when I DIDN’T WEAR them. They made my legs look fantastic, felt like sweatpants, and made me feel incredible all around. They were my FAVORITE, hands down.

This year, I’ve been all about the high waisted pants. I want everything to come up as high as possible so I can tuck in my shirts and make my legs look like they’re a million miles long.

WELL - when I popped into South Moon Under to check out the sale, and asked if they had a high waisted version of my trusty black skinnies…they said YES! I could hardly believe it. I’m pretty sure I actually SHRIEKED with joy.

While they didn’t have them in store, they mailed them within just a couple days to my house. THEY ARE PERFECTION. Never have I ever loved a pant more than these. I wake up and yearn to wear them each morning and kiss them goodbye as a sadly put on my work clothing.
