Guys! There is a real life-size igloo - made of ice - chillin' in City Center. It's all ready for your Instagrams, and it's only here this weekend. All 36,000 pounds of ice are awaiting you and believe me, it's ready to rock and roll for the Instagram. Complete with plush furniture and decor by JD Ireland Interior Architecture & Design, you can totally live in your own winter wonderland without having to leave the country.

1. Dress for the occasion
This is your change to get all your winter vibes on - so dress up for the occasion! Some people wore delightful dresses, and others (me) went for a more cozy mozy approach. I donned my favorite teddy coat from Urban Outfitters with high-waisted denim, winter boots, and the perfect turtleneck from Lynn Louisa.

2. Go with a friend (or two!)
Unique experiences are always best enjoyed with a few friends. I went with Natalie and ran into Sylvia while I was there, making for some perfect photo opps! Which brings me to my next tip...

3. Be camera ready
With the crowds guaranteed to be there, you'll want to be ready to roll when your moment to hop into the igloo arrives. I'm not sure how the time inside the igloo will be monitored, but a courteous amount of time is likely under a minute if possible.

4. Arrive early
If you want to skip the crowds, I'd suggest arriving early (plus the light is great earlier in the day!) Today it opens at 4, and this weekend it opens at 10 AM both Saturday and Sunday.

5. Pack your patience
I'm not a fortune teller but I have a very good inkling that this is going to be a very popular attraction. You'll likely be waiting for others to have their igloo moment, so be kind and be prepared to wait a few minutes for your turn.

5. Plan your holiday shopping and meals around visiting
I LOVE visiting CityCenter. While there's a lot of window browsing happening (hello, Gucci!) it can be the perfect spot to find gifts for people on your list. And - the food there is top of the line. Milk Bar is a favorite of mine for sweet treats, and if you're going the healthy route, I ADORE Fruitive, a healthy eats and smoothie spot (get the avocado toast or else you'll regret it forever.)

7. Have fun!
Most of all, have fun!!
