A few years ago, I’d been on the hunt for a particular pant. I knew what it looked like, in my mind. I felt that I should be able to google exactly what I was searching for, and find it fairly easily. After all, I use my words all day long to describe what I’m wearing.
So I started feverishly typing into google: Wide leg pleated pants with bow that ties.
Three years ago - no luck. I was severely disappointed. BUT THEN - over the holidays this year, I found this pair on the Anthropologie website. They weren’t the camel-colored pair I had originally hoped I’d find, but I HAD to have them. I immediately tested my mom.
“Not to be that family - but can you get these for my for Christmas?!”
And the rest is history.
I now wear these fun pants to work once a week. In the winter, I’d wear my fleece-lined leggings underneath (they have PLENTY of room) and a sweater, and in the spring/summer, I’ve been pairing it with a simple white blouse or tank top (see my Instagram stories from yesterday!)
